	Sara Pentony 239-213-8685 Third Generation Licensed Auctioneer in Florida Managing Partner She has eight years combined sales and marketing experience. Has completed the Real Estate Sales Course certification at Hondros College, Auctioneer Certification at The Repperts Schools of Auctioneering and currently completing a Communication Degree with a focus in Promotions and Advertising at Bowling Green State University. Rose Auction Group, LLC allows her the opportunity to show leadership and sales experience by coordinating Real Estate Auctions that affect today’s housing market.


	Jack Scott 239-777-3370 Executive Director of Business Development Jack holds a business degree with an emphasis in marketing from The Ohio State University. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the company with over 25 years of leading, coaching, and developing highly successful sales teams. The past decade Jack as been a Broker / Owner of a successful Ohio based Mortgage Company working directly with lenders, realtors, developers, attorneys and community officials. He is responsible for development and implementation of the Sales and Marketing Strategies for our South West Florida market.

	Ed Bowlin Auction Coordinator 313-671-3063 Ed is a licensed realtor in Michigan. With his years of experience he brings a vast knowledge to Rose Auction Group in coordinating Real Estate Auctions and Listings.


	Barbara Hamilton Sr. Account Controller Barbara has a degree in accounting and has over 15 years of combined experience in bookkeeping, accounting and taxes. She directs the preparation of reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present, and expected operations for Beth Rose Auction. She also establishes, or recommends to management, major economic objectives and policies for the company. Barbara directs auditing of budgets and accounts.

	Mindy Wesolowski Personal Assistant to CEO / Director of Operations Relieves the CEO of administrative type functions in order to increase the time she has available for executive level responsibilities. With 4 years of experience Mindy handles a wide variety of complex situations involving administrative functions of the office. Responsible for reading outgoing correspondence for executive approval, and alerts writers to any conflict with the file or departure from policies or executive's viewpoints; gives advice to resolve the problem. Schedules appointments and provides information to callers.

	Shelly Neill Marketing Manager Shelly holds 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and is certified in Graphic Design. She handles a large range of important responsibilities for the company. Assists the CEO in producing all of the advertising aspects and manages all the Marketing Activities. She is also responsible for Coordinating Closings and managing the Advertising Budgets.

	Terri Parker Creative Designer Terri has a degree in Business Administration/Marketing. She holds 25 years of experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Product Branding and Promotion. She has earned numerous awards for her excellent and creative graphic design abilities. Terri is responsible designing marketing materials for the company.

	Jennifer Burnor Executive Director of Marketing Jennifer holds a Degree in Graphic Communications. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the company with seven years past experience in the lending, title and real estate industry. She is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies for auctions, listings and the company’s portfolio. She also oversees and/or designs all marketing and advertising pieces that create award winning brochures, commercials and advertisements for our sellers.

	Irene Storey Morales Auction Coordinator Irene has over ten years of sales and marketing experience. She holds a degree in Communications from the University of Miami. She has been a Florida licensed realtor since 2005 and brings with her a vast knowledge working directly with national/international “high end” luxury real estate developers. Irene possesses a passion for the industry which is shown through her dealings with the public. She is a committed and driven woman who is determined to reach her goals with integrity, enthusiasm, and hard work. Upon working with her, you will find her work ethic commendable and embrace her caring and giving spirit. She will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director, Jack Scott, in our Southwest Florida market.
