Sara Pentony – Third Generation Licensed Apprentice Auctioneer
She has eight years combined sales and marketing experience. Has completed the Real Estate Sales Course certification at Hondros College, Auctioneer Certification at The Repperts Schools of Auctioneering and currently completing a Communication Degree with a focus in Promotions and Advertising at Bowling Green State University. Rose Auction Group, LLC allows her the opportunity to show leadership and sales experience by coordinating Real Estate Auctions that affect today’s housing market.

Jennifer Burnor - Sr. Marketing Director
Jennifer holds a Degree in Graphic Communications. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the company with seven years past experience in the lending, title and real estate industry. She is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies for auctions, listings and the company’s portfolio. She also oversees and/or designs all marketing and advertising pieces that create award winning brochures, commercials and advertisements for our sellers.

Beckie Tobianski – Sr. Account Controller
Has a Degree in Managerial Accounting and has over 10 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting. Directs the preparation of reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present, and expected operations. Establishes, or recommends to management, major economic objectives and policies for company. Directs auditing of budgets and accounts.

Maria Meeks – Administrative Assistant to CEO
Relieves the CEO of administrative type functions in order to increase the time she has available for executive level responsibilities. With ten years experience she handles a wide variety of complex situations involving administrative functions of the office. Reads outgoing correspondence for executive approval, and alerts writers to any conflict with the file or departure from policies or executive's viewpoints; gives advice to resolve the problem. Schedules appointments and gives information to callers.

Lora Koralewski – Auction Coordinator
Has a degree in business and has over 25 years experience in Mortgage Lending and banking. In addition, has eight years experience in real estate and investing. Lora Specializes in builders and banks in helping to reduce inventory. She works directly with all sellers in managing their auction from sign-up to the day of the auction.

Ivan Smith – Auction Coordinator
With a degree in business he has over 10 years combined experience in the business and real estate industry. Ivan strives on a tradition of excellence to meet all client expectations. Specializing in seminars and personal relationships with Brokers and Realtors in the Michigan Real Estate Market and surrounding area.

Karen Rose – Personal Property Auctioneer
Karen's experience includes working with the Manheim Detroit Auto Auction & Metro Detroit Auto Auction as well as traveling the world with Celebrity Cruise Lines where she handled all aspects of the company's wine auctions. She is a graduate of the American School of Auctioneering. She also manages various aspects of sales including marketing, negotiating, and advertising the personal property auctions. Karen has received her designation as a "Benefit Auctioneer Specialist" and has helped with numerous charities and events some including, St. Judes, Red Cross, Make a Wish, Wine Affair, Northwest Food Bank, Girl Scouts, Kidney Foundation, American Heart Assocation, Goodwill Industries, Cancer Society, Women's Business Foundation. to CEO.

Alex Thomas (Tommy) Todd – Marketing Consultant
Tommy has been in the auction business since 1970 and is the Managing Member for A T Todd LLC, an Auction Consulting Firm. He graduated from the Certified, Auctioneers Institute at Indiana University as class president and was asked to join the speaker’s board at the Institute. Tommy has conducted Real Estate auctions in 48 states and 5 countries and is a past "State Auctioneer Champion" placing in the "Top 10 Auctioneers" on a national level with the National Auctioneers Association. Tommy has been working toward his CCIM designation thru the Realtors association and is active in numerous local and national charities.
