If you have a client that is interested in participating at an auction, you will need to fill out a Broker/Realtor Participation Agreement and Opening Bid Form, and fax or email this form to our office no later than 48 hours prior to the auction. This form can be found in the link below or by calling our office. Please fill in all fields including name, company, your client's information, and the auction property your client intends to bid on. As the buyer's agent, you are required to attend the auction along with your buyer.
As a buyer's agent you will be compensated up to 30% of the gross commission collected. Please refer to the Broker/Realtor Participation Agreement for details.
